Since our trip to Marina Barrage, the children have been talking non stop about dirty water, and where the extra rain water goes (since we have had more than our usual share of rain recently!).
It is nice to see that the children have an understanding about how water is managed in Singapore.
We have been trying to clean some dirty water we found in the school car park! We have used tissues, paper, paint brushes, plastic bags and spoons ... still our water is dirty! Tomorrow we will try and use cotton wool and towels (the children's ideas from discussions today).
Carmella asked where ice came from..... so as a class we made our own ice and had fun holding it and watching it melt. We are going to continue making ice and seeing where it melts the fastest!

The children are still looking at and discussing our water museum! And yes, we do have toilet water... and Henry's bath water!
