This was a busy week for our class. We continued looking at the letter 'b' and we made some banana bread on Friday. We all helped mix the ingredients together and we watched our bread being baked in the oven! It was very tasty!
In our Unit of Inquiry, we talked about our families and shared with each other where we come from and which family members live here in Singapore.
On Tuesday we had a fire drill... we all went down to the field to line up with the rest of the school.
On Wednesday, we talked a little about Hari Raya and we visited G2 and tasted some sweets and prunes. We even did some weaving!
The parent information evening was held on Wednesday also, and I had a great time meeting parents and sitting down and talking about daily issues and concerns.
Week 27th - 31st August: we will be looking at the letter 'm'.
